Spread - Emma Egan

Hello everyone!

I’m Emma and I’m the founder of www.unf4bul0us.com – a beauty, fashion and lifestyle blog based out of Scotland. I’m extremely excited for the opportunity to share my love of beauty and makeup with Spread’s wonderful audience!

Fall is one of my favourite times of year, mainly because of all the beautiful colours. So as soon as the season changes I love to have a good rummage through my wardrobe and make up collection, and collect all the berries and browns I can find.

I find that one of the best ways to inject a little bit of colour into any make up look is by using lovely pigmented eyeshadows. Right now, my favourite Fall eyeshadows are from Mac’s Burgundy Times Nine Palette. The Palette contains nine gorgeous burgundy shades in a mixture of frost, satin and matte textures. Like all Mac eyeshadows, it’s a dream to apply and is super pigmented, meaning it lasts all day without fading. I achieve my current favourite eyeshadow look by using this palette and applying ‘Poppy Seed’ all over my lid, shimmery ‘Honey Lust’ to my inner corner and ‘Star Violet’ to my crease and outer corner.

Have you used any of Mac’s ‘Times Nine’ palettes before? What are your favourite Fall make up products? Let me know by leaving a comment below. Thanks for reading! 😊

    1. Hey there, thanks for commenting! Yes, they are very true bold tones. The naked 3 and Lorac palettes are more neutral and warm, whereas the Time 9 palette is a little darker and definitely burgundy.
